It's 15 minutes to Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Culver City; 20 minutes to Beverly Hills, Silverlake/Los Feliz, and as little as 30 minutes to the beautiful coast. We own the condo but we have a local property manager and the building is professionally managed. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS $4600 per month + one month deposit 1 year lease available FILMING Occasionally the building gets scouted for commercial, TV, and film projects, and sometimes we book jobs.
