Very easy commute (ask someone who drives this commute to confirm) to Washington and Pentagon via scenic George Washington Parkway. Minutes away from Ft. Belvoir. About 15 miles to Pentagon or Bolling AFB. Large, fenced yard with mature trees is perfect for a family with a dog. Pets must be approved. One-car garage. Two gas-log fireplaces. Concerning the size of the home, I note that when these homes, with finished basements, are listed for sale (Gramercy model homes, which are widely found in the area) they are always listed at 3,200 sq ft. County tax records show 2,309 sq ft above grade. The basement is finished, walk-out, but one side is below grade. The finished basement area may not be included by the county in the square footage. At any rate, this is a very spacious home. The home could be excellent for a family with a dog as the back yard is fenced.
