The owner will pay for one 100-gallon oil fuel fill-up per year. Pets negotiable ($1,500 non-refundable pet deposit). Deposit of $1,500 plus the $1,500 non-refundable pet deposit (if applicable) are also due at signing, but they may be made in installment payments.
