Knotty pine floors throughout. Den / study has long built in desk top and cabinets. Downstairs bedroom: 2 twin beds attach to make 1 king bed. Length of lease is flexible. Rent per month will vary with lease shorter than 8 -9 months in duration. Home is most appropriate for spring, summer and fall use. It could be used year around; it has a mini split AC / heater unit, 2 propane heaters, electric floor strip heating and double pane glass in most windows. Winter snow may temporarily block access. Tenant is responsible for cable TV, phone, gas, electricity and taking trash to recycle facility in Harpswell. Owner pays for water, gardener, road maintenance.
