The two-car garage provides direct access to the apartment and is provisioned for a level two fast EV charger. Additionally, there is parking available in the driveway in front of the two-car garage. Dedicated laundry. Surfboards & boogie boards available for use. Newly installed outdoor shower area is perfect for that after beach rinse off. New split zone air conditioning system is provided for cooling both bedrooms. We are accepting stays of between 1 to 12+ months. Currently available beginning July 2024.
