Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find all of the bedrooms. The spacious on-suite primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, shower with glass door, and vanity with dual sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The upstairs guest bathroom is crisp and clean and can be shared by both bedrooms. There is also a convenient half bath on the home's first floor off the entryway. The backyard is a true oasis with a large hot tub, ample seating for lounging or dining, a BBQ grill, and tropical landscaping.
