One of them has a double closet and the other has a skylight. Tenant pays gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage & trash. There is off-street parking available and easy on-street parking as well. This triplex is conveniently located within a short walk of Mellon Park, Bakery Square, and Trader Joe's. There are a number of bus stops within a short walk as well. Parking is behind the building or easy on street. Extra storage is in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
