Renters insurance is required and proof of insurance collected at lease signing Tenants are also responsible for day to day pool care, yard maintenance and snow removal. Lawn mower, snow blower provided. Additional information on the day to day pool care: Pool skimmers need to be checked daily and emptied. At times you they will need to be emptied multiple times per day. Skimming the pool to remove debris as needed. It would also be considered to keep the pool shut down for the entire term of the lease with the winter safety cover installed should renter not want to deal with the pool. Pool winterization of equipment, cover installation, spring initial startup covered by landlord. Pool water, heat, operating chemicals to be paid by tenant. Ask for more details.
