4 houses to Pike lake and there is a launch at end of street. Sleep on couch, there is no bedroom to the house. Nice yard with flowers, kitchen table looks to second street, front door to lake. Lots of driveway. Bathroom but laundry hookup isn't used in the basement. I am usually here in the summer, looking for someone who wants 6 mo. Has air and heat, but I winterize it when I leave.
