There is off-street parking as well as a common area in the basement so a storm shelter would be available in the case of a storm. Washer and dryer could be rented for $40/month. A deposit equal to the rent is required. Pet(s) would be considered. There would be a pet deposit/pet fee (1/2 the rental amount plus pet rent with half refundable) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent. Renters insurance is required. Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes from Fort Riley, Junction City and Manhattan. Clay Center has everything you need located right in town. A wonderful place to raise a family or to just get away from the Junction City/Fort Riley/Manhattan area. Clay Center has a nice zoo, a public and private golf course as well as a wonderful almost $200,000 park that was put in a few years ago and this summer our brand new water park opened! This apartment has passed military inspection in the past and will not be an issue if you need it inspected.
