Our Cameron Station home is a lovely end unit with lots of natural light! We recently put $10k into a new back patio which is huge and totally shaded after 2 pm in the summer! We also upgraded many window treatments including plantation shutters on the main level. We have soft carpet upstairs that is in great shape (use professional cleaners) and have maintained all appliances. We have a new fridge and 3 yr old Samsung washer/dryer in the upper level close to the master bedroom. Each bedroom except master (which has a walk in) has custom made closets/organization systems we put in. Main level custom closet (near dining room) as well a custom closet in the basement. Our 4th floor loft is now used as a guest room (we use it as a 4th bedroom area) and storage area, it's a huge space! We love the open floor plan of this home and the kid playroom/gym space downstairs. We have 3.5 bathrooms and two fireplaces. We have an upper patio off the kitchen that is wonderful for outdoor family grilling nights as well as the new, larger lower deck mentioned above! Our neighbors are the best and so are the amenities in our CS neighborhood! CS has parks, playgrounds, fitness center and a pool that you will have access to.
