An additional monthly pet fee could apply based on the type/age of the animal. Proof of rental/tenant insurance may be required. Preferred tenant criteria; -income 3x rent amount -no evictions, collections or bankruptcies in past 5 years -good landlord reference(s) -680+ credit score Security Deposit $1000-$3400 (based upon above criteria met) DISCOUNTS offered to monthly rent for qualified applicants.
