All basics, including a coffeemaker (drip and K-cups,) combination air-fryer/toaster, 4-cup rice cooker, slow cooker, electric water kettle, and a hand mixer. A Combo washer/dryer is in the kitchen. Housebroken dogs are OK.. Ample street parking in front of the apartment. It is across the street from Wright Park, a 27 acre green space. The park has over 600 old growth trees, playgrounds, walking and trail paths, and a botanical conservatory.
