We are renting out four separate rooms in a large, fully renovated craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach, two-minutes walk from retro row. All utilities included: electricity, gas, water, trash, and basic internet Common area includes living room, kitchen. Fully furnished and equipped (pots, pans, glassware, etc. included, photos coming soon). All tenants must participate in a $25 per month cleaning fee to cover cost of monthly professional cleaning and cleaning supplies, paid in addition to their rent. Parking is available on the side of the house for free but is tandem, so tenants will need to coordinate. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Split AC unit in the living room. Room #4: 185 square feet, private bathroom (shower) and private entrance $1,250 unfurnished (desk & chair included if desired) $1,325 furnished (full-size bed, mattress, night table, desk, desk chair, no linens or other accessories included) Open house Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Please message me for details. No pets due to shared living arrangements / roomies with allergies. All rooms are single occupancy only, no exceptions due to having to shared resources (kitchen, washer/dryer, parking, etc.). So there will be a max of 4 tenants in the house.
