The remainder of the house is private. Shared household products and appliances I will supply paper towels, paper kitchen napkins, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. I will also supply cleaning products, a vacuum, a mop, an ironing board, and an iron. You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils. You should bring/buy your own food and personal care products. Heat and Air Conditioning I provide a window air conditioner in the sitting room during the summer months. Laundry The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Maintaining general cleanliness and upkeep I expect the tenant to keep private and shared spaces orderly and clean. Monthly cleaning - I have a house cleaner come in monthly. Illegal substances are prohibited No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. No illegal drugs are allowed on the property.

Shared modern kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, and rugs. For one person. (no couples or families, sorry.) Owner on premises with a friendly golden retriever. An outdoor shower is available from May to November. 2 miles from the commuter rail, close to Routes 495 and 9. $1500 includes heat and utilities, washer/dryer, internet, use of kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, etc. One room has a twin bed, bureau, nightstand, side chair, and rug. The second room has a futon couch/bed, desk, TV, bookcase, and rug. You can bring your own full-sized bed if you want. No lease is required. FABULOUS backyard and front porch, outdoor shower from May - November. SHARE: bathroom and kitchen with one person YOU MUST BE: non-smoker, considerate, and fully employed outside the home.
