Terms at 4810 Coquina Key Dr SE #D

This rent is $3000 per month during low season from May 1-October 31 and $4000 per month during high season from November 1-April 30. Lease terms available from 1-6 months but 6-month lease is preferred. A security deposit equal to one month's rent plus the first month's rent is due at lease signing. For rentals less than 6 months, you will be responsible for a 6% Florida tax, 7% Pinellas County tax and cleaning fee of $200 in addition to the rent. Water, sewer, basic cable, internet, and trash are included in the rent by the landlord. Electric use up to $100 per month is included in the rent but tenant will be responsible for any electric cost in electric that exceeds the $$100 per month limit. All applicants must agree to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire and a background check and all leases will need to be approved by the HOA office. Applicants are responsible for the $100 HOA lease fee and a $40 background check fee for each tenant on the lease. Maximum two adults on the lease. No pets. No smoking allowed inside or outside the unit. We own this unit and are NOT selling at any time. NOTE: The photos show the unit unfurnished.
