This home is built in a quiet neighborhood with most of the traffic coming from people who live in the area. Your lease is for 1 yr or as discussed with me at $2300 per mo. and a $2300 security deposit. Both sec. deposit and rent are due prior to move in date. Going forward rent is due on the 1st of each month. Owner pays all utilities, water and Internet costs associated with this rental. All streaming services are loaded on all TV's in the home. Smoking is not allowed. If you smoke, do it outside but do NOT leave butts on the ground. Parking for your vehicle(s) is behind the house on the gravel drive/parking area. There is also a storage shed on site for your use. Trash pick up is on Thursdays. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster behind the cream house w/blue shutters on Wednesday nights. Do not leave trash on back porch. There are stray animals around and I have dogs on the property. Company is allowed but cannot stay longer than 5 days in a row. IF you have family visiting from another state, please let me know ahead of the visit to make arrangements. No painting or changing the location of furniture is allowed! Dogs are allowed on the property with a pet deposit of $250. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture - NO Exceptions!
