Damage costs paid for from the tenant Security Deposit has to be reimbursed to the Security Deposit within 5 days of repair of damage.. 3. Re-Inspection Fee: $50.00 4. Maintenance costs are a minimum of $50.00 per-hour. If a professional repair person charges more than $50.00 an hour, their cost to do the repairs will be paid by the tenant. Security and Damage Deposit At Time Of Moving-Out: $250.00 of the Security Deposit will be retained by the owner for managers to follow up on details regarding the house after the tenant moves. If additional cleaning (including carpets) and/or repairs need to be done, the actual costs incurred to hire the work done will be paid for out of the tenant's remaining Security and Damage Deposit. Receipts to justify costs will be available to tenants.
