      Application Process and Qualification Standards (PLEASE READ): - Each person 18+ living in home must complete a separate application and meet or exceed the minimum qualification standards. - Application includes direct contact with employers, current/previous landlords, friends, and personal/professional references. - Valid photo identification and social security number required. - Monthly household income must exceed 3 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source, unverifiable income will not be considered. - Credit check (minimum credit score of 650) and background check required for all occupants, paid for by applicant(s). - Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. - Applicants must receive positive references from previous landlords and personal references. Lease Terms: - $1,900 per month. - 1 year lease - Occupancy is limited to 3 people. - $650 one-time, non-refundable move-in fee. - $200 per pet fee, $50/month per pet charge. - Water included, gas and electricity are tenant's responsibility.
