The house was renovated a few years ago with all new bathrooms, appliances and hardwood floors. The gas stove is lit if you like to cook, but there's amazing restaurants in the area if you're not. There's plenty of fridge space (two big ones) and a lush backyard with space to do schoolwork or regular work. People have different schedules normally, which helps as there's 8 bedrooms. Seems bonkers, but honestly it's fine. People rarely run into each other in the kitchen and the house is deceptively large. Everyone in the house is a working professional or UW students. They are friendly and quiet roommates. Bus stop right outside the house going to downtown Seattle, and 10 minute walk to light rail station. Near shops within walking distance to University of Washington and a short drive to Seattle Pacific University as well as downtown Seattle. There is convenient alley parking and extremely easy access to the freeway. If you're into growing food or want to try your hand with it there's blueberry bushes, peas, tomatoes etc in the back. There is a BBQ grill for summer leisure time in the backyard. Tenants share all utilities and Internet cost.
