The kitchen is an open space with lots of counter room and cupboards. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, and oven. The bathroom has a wide sink and a spacious shower. The studio has two windows allowing for a nice breeze during the warm summer months. A space heater is provided for the winter months, which heats up the space comfortably. -- Parking -- The studio is located in a private section of our property with its own entrance. There is plenty of street parking. The driveway is reserved for the owners of the house. -- Utilities & Laundry -- Utilities are included (electric, gas, water). Laundry (washer/dryer) will be made available one day per week. -- Storage -- You will have the outside side of the studio for storage (such as a bike).
