The property also features a separate 35 by 25 foot bourbon room that is fully furnished, complete with gas fireplace, refrigerator, wine fridge, convection/microwave oven, dartboard, and a 15 foot long black walnut bar! With this fully equipped property, all you need are groceries. Renovation of the A-Frame and Bourbon Room were completed in February of 2024. The house, and bourbon room feature new floors, appliances, and furniture.
