Your Room: Spacious, modern, and equipped with wardrobe and drawers - just bring your own bed to complete the cozy picture. The House: A stunning Victorian gem that blends old-world charm with modern comforts. The Location: You're in the heart of it all - steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife in the Castro. The Vibe: LGBTQ+ and 4:20 friendly - a space where diversity and respect thrive. No cigarette smoking in the house The house temperature is set at 70 degrees during cold days, winter time. Most of the time during the day we don't need to turn on the heater, is usually warm. Housemates: We're two wonderful women and one fantastic guy, all between the ages of 30-40. We prioritize mutual respect, a clean living space, and adherence to house rules. -we get along very well and we like to spend times together in the house. Amenities: Your rent is $1500 plus utilities, plus one month deposit. We have a new washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. Street parking only. No parties after 1:00 am during working days, but we can enjoy weekend celebrations. Rent and Bills: We're responsible tenants, and we expect the same from you. Pay rent and bills on time, and we'll all enjoy a worry-free living experience. Rent is month to month.
