Thank you for your interest in our property at 405 Maple Ave, Harleysville PA (Mailing address: 403 Maple) Move in ready now, this 1,716 sq ft 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath twin home is located in the Souderton Area School District, and features a full unfinished basement, as well as a washer/dryer, backyard with off street parking, large kitchen, and front porch. We have also done some renovations of the bathrooms throughout the home. 405 Maple is listed at $2,195.00/month and the tenant is responsible for all utilities. Spring Hill Realty will be responsible for cutting the grass and removal of snow in the parking lot. This home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 per unit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee, per cat of $250 per cat and a monthly pet fee of $35 per cat. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet of $400 per dog and a monthly pet fee of $50 per dog. We have a 40lb weight limit and dogs that exceed the 40lbs are subject to an additional $50.00 fee/month for a total monthly pet fee of $100/month.* All of our properties are smoke free. This means that smoking in the home is not permitted. Qualified Applicants must meet several requirements, including income qualification (must show a gross monthly income of at least $5,487.50) and be able to pass a credit and criminal screening. We also require that all landlord references over the past 4 years are also reviewed. Applications MUST BE completed directly through our website. We cannot accept applications from any other party. There is a $65 per person application fee for anyone age 18 and older, who will be living in the apartment. This fee is non-refundable. Applications are available directly on our website. If approved, a holding deposit will be required to hold the unit and remove it from our active listings. This will then be applied to the first month's rent at move in. Security deposit is based on creditworthiness and ranges between one- and two-months' rent and is due at lease signing. At this time, we are able to schedule showings of available and completed units upon request.
