The house is newer (built in 1994) and maintained well. I have owned the house since 2016. It's an open concept floor plan with lots of usable living space. There are vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is large with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are two full bathrooms in the home. The room for rent includes a private full bathroom. There's a big basement for storage options. There's a full sized ping pong table in the basement. The home is furnished except for the room for rent and the sun room. The room for rent can be furnished upon request. The bedroom itself is roomy, with a big window and plenty of closet space. The home has a back patio with a big backyard that backs onto a forrest. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I'm a finance professional and currently travel a lot for work. I have a second home in Alabama. I'm keeping this house to enjoy during the summer months. I tend to spend very little time at the home outside of summer time.
