Upon lease renewal, if rent is increased, the security deposit will be adjusted accordingly. The trash is yours to be taken out the dump, within 10 mins. Or order your own trash service. There is a pet deposit and small monthly pet rent fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets inside and out. If you need more storage, you can purchase that. No Drugs in the home. Fire Extinguishers, Fire, carbon monoxide batteries will be tested quarterly. No Loud noises unless special occasions. Just inform landlord. Respect neighbors.
