The 10 seat dining area/table and kitchen are spacious enough for the whole family with extra seating at kitchen with stools for 4 more people. All the basic kitchen items are furnished as well. The main floor bedrooms are large with queen beds and 40' flat screen tv's. As you go upstairs you'll find a large 'bunk room' with 3 single beds and a queen bed. This room features a flat screen tv and plenty of storage. Across the hallway is the master bedroom with a king size bed, 40" tv, and views that will blow you away! Heading down to the walk out basement you'll find 2 more bedrooms rooms and a lovely 2nd living room with 65" TV/media. This area has a foosball table and room for an included ping pong table. The basement features a third full bathroom with shower. Access to the over sized 1 car garage is on the lower level as well. There are 2 sets of washer/dryers --one on each level. Outside, you'll find a newer hot tub that holds 5-7 people, and a deck swing. The large deck features million dollar views of the lake and surrounding mountains as well as a gas grill and table seating for10. The area features a trail head that is about a 2 minute walk outside the front door. Outlet stores, grocery, and bars/restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive. The home is located within a 20-40 minute drive to popular areas including Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Vail. The location is perfect for easy trips to do just about everything the area has to offer.
