Downtown Manhattan Beach, filled with award-winning dining and shopping options is one mile south (walk the Strand to get there!). Wheel around town on one of the complimentary beach cruisers or head down the hill for a day of sand and surf. In the evenings, curl up with a good book or your favorite person by the fireplace. The front door of the home opens from a long balcony into a living/dining room with a cozy fireplace. The main floor also includes the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and spacious closet, as well as the kitchen and second half-bathroom. Located off the living room is the ladder to the upstairs (bonus) sleeping loft, which is quite large with three windows to let in a sea breeze. (There is one comfortable floor mattresses. Note: You cannot fully stand up in the loft, but it is a favorite place to sleep among past guests.) Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Rental includes two beach cruiser bikes.
