Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Brand new Smart ROKU TV's are in living area and main bedroom with YouTube TV. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, Weber grills (charcoal & electric) and golf course views. As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background. Finally, the location! Just a block to Laneda Avenue with boutique shops, banks, galleries, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine & whiskey bars, post office, library, spa ... you name it.
