Ceiling fans throughout. Can lighting in living area. Central air/heat. Furnished in living room only. Bedroom/office empty. Furnishings will be staying. It is a casita, so no laundry sorry although it is planned for the future. No stove. Microwave, hot plate and griddle furnished for heating/warming/cooking food. You will not find another this new and clean. No pets/reptiles/fish/birds and the like. Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Driveway restrictions Fri Sat Sun and upon notice. No outside storage. All utilities paid to landlord (internet, water, sewer, electricity, trash) currently 330.00/month additional. Available now. BTW- Zillow's claim of washer and dryer included is wrong and I cannot remove it. Also parking is not 6 it is 1 maybe 2.
