      Terms at 3129 Edwards Pl #304

      The initial term for this lease shall be for 1 year. Any renewals thereafter shall have prior written consent of the Board of Managers. You will also have to acquire an occupancy permit through the city of Maryland Heights before moving in. A Security deposit of $1495.00 is due day of lease signing. *If you do not move in on the first day of the month, your first month's rent will be prorated depending on the date you sign your lease. Renter is responsible for monthly condo assessment fee of $286.00 IN ADDITION to the base monthly rent of $1209.00. The entire amount of $1495.00 (base rent + Assessment fee) can be paid NO LATER than the 6th of every month.
