      This is a fully furnished home so with that, we understand everyone has different needs. Lease lengths are flexible with a minimum stay of one month and up to one year (at initial signing). All utilities are included in rent but there are caps for each and as a whole to prevent excessive usage for any and all utilities. Free parking on site. Strict no smoking policy. Application steps: fill out a questionnaire so we can understand your situation and leasing needs. If the property is available for your specific leasing needs, we will have you do a background and credit check. Note: this is waived if you are a contracted hospital employee with proof of such. We love pets but due to our insurance policy, there may be bread restrictions. We consider all pet requests on a case by case basis based on the type and amount of pets.
