Hot tub & outdoor shower. free parking spaces at top of driveway- This is a seasonal rental and please note that this is a seasonally occupied home- meaning- at times, our "artist in residence" may occasionally be staying in the upstairs of this house- and it is possible that downstairs suite tenants could hear occasional footsteps of upstairs tenant. property is 420 friendly (ok)/No Tobacco smoke allowed- Quiet time is 10pm for all as a rule. $3900.00 includes all utilities and wifi. 15 minute drive to most local beaches- Credit report and references required.
