      TERM: The initial term of this Lease will be a 1 year lease. RENT: Tenant agrees to pay $4,200 per month, due on the 1st day of each calendar month. The first month's rent and Security Deposit are due at lease signing. UTILITIES: Tenant will be responsible for all utilities for the premises. PETS: Dogs and cats are allowed on the Premises. No other types of pets are permitted without the prior written consent of the Landlord. RESIDENTIAL USE: The premises shall be used for residential purposes only.
