The home is well equipped, tastefully appointed, and has 5 bedrooms, an office, an exercise room, a chef's kitchen, and a large, verdant back yard with fruit trees and vegetable planters. Near to a small shopping center plus delightful parks and hikes. Note that we also ask for a $500 monthly utility surcharge; rates have skyrocketed over the last few years and we reluctantly have no choice but to pass some of those costs to tenants. Imagine the following - Wisteria is in full bloom by the front door and white blossoms on the pear trees in early April. Beautiful red roses climbing up the lattices that cover the back porch in May.. Cherry, plum and apricot trees full of fruit in June and large pink and white hydrangeas bordering the lawn in July and August. The owners spend most of their time barbequing and entertaining friends and family on the back deck from May - November. You will be staying at this home during the perfect months.
