Beautiful house very centrally located. Fully fenced back yard with a 10'x12' shed. Within 4 miles of Airport and downtown Norfolk (waterside). Close to NAS Norfolk, Portsmouth Naval and JEB Littlecreek. Rooms are spacious. You will not run out of storage space in this house. The master bathroom is amazing, it has a separate tub and the shower is big enough for two with 2 shower heads and the toilet is behind a door. All 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans in them. The cooling and heating is dual zoned with a nest thermostat upstairs and downstairs. The house has solar panels on the roof that supplement the electric bill and just had brand new carpeting installed throughout the house, also fresh coat of paint on the walls and new shower door in the master.

Lease is min of one year. No smoking allowed inside the home. Tennant is responsible for electric, H2O, trash, cable, internet. Tennant is also responsible for the upkeep of the yard and regularly replacing the upstairs and downstairs HVAC air filters. There are two storage shelves above the garage door. The house comes with a Samsung smart refrigerator, matching samsung wash/dryer, and basic yard tools (in the shed). Has an attached two car garage. There is a basic Vivint alarm system in the house, I have pest control services that spray inside and out quarterly. The front door is keyless entry as well as the garage door has two remotes for access. Pets are negotiable (No cats) $250 refundable pet deposit and $50 a month increase on the rent.
