Our apartment community is located on a wooded property close to 1st avenue. We accept all sizes and most breeds of dogs, and cats too. Our one and two bedroom units are spacious and some do have walk-in closets and balconies. Our rents are from $610 to $710 per month with a $30 per month utility fee that covers water, sewer and trash. Our leases are month to month only. Deposit is $400. We do charge a refundable pet deposit of $350 on each pet. No more than 2 pets per unit and a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet is charged. Tenants pay electricity. Laundry facility in the building. Upon application process we check criminal, employment, credit (650 and above) and rental references. Household income must be at least 3X monthly rent.
