This rental is a carriage house, completely separate from the main house with a shared driveway. High speed internet, trash, and water are included in the monthly cost. Electricity/ gas are separate. This property used to be an Airbnb for Red Rocks and is currently furnished with rustic-chic decor to fit in with our place in the foothills. We are currently looking for 1-6 month renters, to start May 1st.
