    Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the leased property, including common areas and individual rooms. This includes the smoking of tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties as described in the lease. Parking The Tenant is entitled to use designated parking space(s) within the property. Any additional vehicles or specific parking requirements should be discussed and agreed upon with the Landlord in writing. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the property subject to the following conditions: Smaller than 20 lbs Trained and does not have a history of agression Rental Policies Lease Duration: The lease shall extend for 1 year upon signing. Any extension or renewal must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Required Fees: The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $5490 and the first month's rent of $5490 before moving in.
