Any evictions or landlord / tenant disputes? You must have an acceptable credit score of approximately 650 to 700. 6. Have you ever been evicted? 7. What is your desired move in date? 8. Any pets? If so, what are they and how big? 9. Describe your previous and current rental history. 10. What is your household monthly income? Must be at least 3x the rent amount. Tenant pays all utilities, recycle/trash and is responsible for maintaining the yard. Pets are on a case by case basis and subject to additional deposits. No smoking allowed. To move in, the first month rent of $2,995.00 plus a security deposit of $3,000.00 is required, for a total of $5,995.00. The house is shown by appointment only.
