It's only 5-6 blocks to the new St. Anthony's redevelopment at Sloan's Lake which include the Alamo theater, Tap and Burger and many others. Highlands, and LOHI are a quick bike ride or drive around the lake. If you are interested in gardening, the back yard is available to you. It's huge, sunny, and complete with unobstructed southern exposure. There is no discrimination here. Race, language, LGBTQS, everyone is welcome equally if you are responsible and can pay the rent. But I'd prefer someone that will really participate. Like maybe planting flowers out front or BBQing with the neighbors. Someone that will walk around and pick up the trash that blew into the yard instead of just walking past it every day without seeing it. Neighborhoods grow when people show they care.
