This is a fully furnished rental with a minimum 90 day lease. Our preference is to find someone for 6 months or longer. Rent includes all utilities, private W&D, reserved off street parking, high speed internet, and a monthly cleaning service included. We would consider a slightly discounted rent for longer term lease. DESCRIPTION: A beautiful fully furnished NW Portland w/ all utilities paid, a designated off-street parking spot, high speed Xfinity internet, washer & dryer, and a monthly cleaning visit included. No pets of any kind and no smoking. This is a great and classic hardwood floor apartment in the heart of NW Portland at 2083 NW Johnson. The building has 39 units and was built in 1911, then restored and converted into vintage condos in 1996. Our apartment is on the 5th floor (6 floors total, with the basement being #1), and our unit faces the parking lot as opposed to the busy/noisy 21st avenue. Our unit has an off-street dedicated parking spot which is ideal in this neighborhood where parking can be tough, and a permit can be costly. The apartment has many comforts, a small reading nook off the master bedroom, a heated floor in the bathroom, wonderful daylight, air conditioning in the living room, office, and bedroom, a large flat screen TV within the built-in (no cable though), high-speed internet, a king size bed, an office room, a water rower, a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, etc. The building also has an elevator and a laundry room, but we have our own W&D in our hallway closet. You will be within 1-2 blocks of bus lines, streetcar, coffee shops, Trader Joe's, New Seasons, Cinema 21, etc. Internet, parking, and all utilities are included. We will also provide a cleaning service at the end of each month, which you can arrange with our person for the best time to visit. Ideally, we would like a professional or retired couple to rent the apartment, as it is not set up for a family. While there is a second bedroom that can be used for a second individual - we would prefer to keep it as an office/workout room. All that said, we're open to talk, so please don't hesitate to reach out. Deposit and signed short-term rental contract will be required. We ask that all rental candidates fill out a Zillow screening. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Note: The building is in process of having all new water, waste, and heat piping. Our unit and portion of the building is completed. The final portion of the building is set to be completed by end of May.
