Refrigerator left as convenience. Home comes with central heat and air and heat is fueled by propane. Trash service is included but resident would be responsible for electric utilities and propane tank filling for heat if needed. Lawn care and water will be included with the rent as well. NO VOUCHERS ACCEPTED! NO PETS ALLOWED! Application fee is $75 per person. Anyone 18 or older that will be residing in the home must apply. Credit, criminal and eviction history is checked.
