    Successful candidates will have: * Excellent verifiable residential history * Long term stable references * Steady long-term employment * Income of three times the monthly rent * Credit score greater than 700 We will ask to meet your dog to see if we are a good fit. There is a $500 nonrefundable pet deposit, and an extra $50 per month in rent for each dog, 2 maximum. Interested parties will be sent Rental Information and Application Instructions via email. Nonrefundable Background check fee $35.00. We also require a copy of your driver's license(s), the last three month's bank statements and pay stubs. (You can redact the account numbers.) Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance prior to move in and is responsible for the required pest control. (You can select the vendor-we currently pay around $95 quarterly.) No smoking allowed on the property anywhere. This is a close-knit neighborhood so no loud parties unless you invite all the neighbors.
