Granbury Getaway is the perfect FULLY FURNISHED home for a month to month stay during your transition to moving to Granbury or working at the nearby hospital. Utilities and lawn maintenance are included. We are situated in a safe neighborhood where you can relax on the long front porch or in the backyard seating area. Pam's Breakfast restaurant is practically at your doorstep for a quick coffee and breakfast, Granbury Square is a short 5 block walk, plus super strong Wi-Fi ensures staying connected during your stay. You'll find two inviting bedrooms - the spacious master bedroom features a king bed. The good sized second bedroom has two matching double beds with its own closet. The sunroom is sometimes used as a third bedroom, with its day bed and trundle bed twin mattress trundle bed (both are complete with comfy twin mattress) along with it's own designated dog door that leads directly into the the fully enclosed yard. (You will find the washer/dryer is also located in the sunroom) The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Although it is an older home, the kitchen does have a gas double-oven, pantry, open shelving and is stocked with appliances such as coffee pot, blender & juicer so you can really make yourself comfortable here! The home also gets blazing-fast Wi-Fi, which is awesome for remote work. Our home is pet friendly and has tile/linoleum floors throughout. Vacation Rental Reminder Our accommodations are offered as short term and mid-term rentals, so some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels, and trash bags are provided to get you started. However, these items are not replenished during your stay. Pets We are a pet-friendly home and allow up to 2 dogs during your stay. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet prior to your stay. As much as we love cats, birds, and other animals, we are not able to host them in our vacation rental.
