The price listing of 700 a month is per room with me handling the utilities, renting out the entire unit is 1900 + electric (internet, water and trash pickup is included). No deposit for either scenario. If you're looking to rent the entire apartment I'll transfer the utilities into your name. The leasing office is aware of whats going on and will help guide you through getting on the lease. Apartment room at Amberleigh shores, it is a gated community in the Ogden part of Wilmington. We have a pool, pool table and free amenities (A really nice coffee machine). We are all moving out, were hoping to rent out the entire unit but are willing to rent out individual rooms. The lease works in a way that we can add people on and take people off so that we can work with you to make it happen. If you get on the lease and would like to stay, the lease is up in October but the renewal is simple. If 3 people get on the lease and move in here they can have our deposit, we're just trying to move into a house and would rather not pay both rents.
