Lease Terms for ADU Cottage: No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the ADU cottage and on the property. No Illegal Drugs: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed in the ADU cottage. Guest Limit: Up to three guests are permitted to stay in the ADU cottage due to limited parking availability. On-Site Maintenance: We, the owners, reside on-site and are responsible for maintaining all grounds and utilities, which are included in the lease. Maintenance of ADU: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the ADU cottage during their stay. Animal Areas: Guests are not permitted to enter or disturb any areas designated for animals on the property. Gate Closure: For the safety of our pets and guests, the gate must be kept closed at all times, without exception. By agreeing to these lease terms, tenants acknowledge their responsibility to adhere to these guidelines and understand that failure to do so may result in eviction or other consequences as outlined in the lease agreement. Lease duration is for either month to month, 60 days or 90 days. Request for long term stay would be an option but no more than 24 month terms.
