Cats, ESA, and service animals are welcome. We assign each parking spot inside the community to each unit. Due to parking constraints, studios and one-bedroom units are limited to one parking space, and two-bedroom units are allowed up to two parking spaces. If approved, your security deposit could be $600 up to an entire month's rent, depending on your application screening results. Items Needed from Each Applicant (Everyone who is 18 or Older must Apply): - Completed Application - 2 Forms of ID - Eight Weeks of Paystubs (Most Recent Two Months) - Signed Rental and Employment Verification Forms (Provided in the Office) Total Money Orders needed: - Application Fee: $35/Adult. We require that all adults apply. - Administrative Fee: $150 If you are approved, this $150 is a non-refundable administration fee. If you are approved and change your mind, the cost is non-refundable as compensation for when it was off the market. If denied, we will return this to you. As soon as you turn in the above, we can remove the listing from the market to proceed with your application. We can only proceed with your application once we have all items from all applicants. We require renter's insurance upon move-in. We will send you these details at the time of approval. We meter electricity through Puget Sound Energy. This bill is yours to pay this company personally. Upon move-in, management will set you up with this account. There are internet/cable hookups at your convenience, and you can choose your provider.
