    Terms at 1641 Pioneer Way

    The lease will be for 12 months and the renter will be responsible for the monthly utilities. The security deposit will be the first, last month rent and also a refundable deposit of $3300 at the end of the 12 month lease if the home is in good condition and no damage was done. We do allow dogs but no cats because of the lingering pet aroma they produce. IF YOU ARE A REALTOR DO NOT CONTACT ME, owner to renter direct contract only. We do not allow smoking in the home. If smoking occurs in the home this is terms for automatic evection and subject to a $3,000 repainting fee. Also the home will not be allowed to be used as a Airbnb or any other sub renters allowed this will be grounds for automatic evection as well. If the renter violates any of the HOA rules and received a fine from the HOA they will be required to pay the fee.
