HI! We are looking for a roommate. We live on a beautiful 42 acre homestead on top of a mountain, nestled above Butte Creek, and lots of recreational areas. We have several gardens, that we are open to letting you use as you'd like. We have an indoor gym that is free to use anytime. Trails throughout the property will give you lots to explore. We have many chickens, so fresh eggs are available everyday. Beautiful views, many viewing areas, many fire circles, hunting stand, a few goats - the list goes on. This is truly a very special opportunity for the right person. The home is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, 3100 square feet, with a detached garage that has a full gym and woodworking shop. We have over an acre of fenced raised beds, an acre of fenced fruit trees, and the rest is not fenced. We have trails that lead down to our "vista" that has views of the Sutter Buttes. A little bit about us : We are a young husband (28) and wife (24), with four Australian shepherds. Jon is from Louisiana originally, and Britt is from Idaho. We love the outdoors, hiking, grilling, campfires, working out, and making crafts! We are working towards making this homestead fully sustainable, and that is our number one focus (along with starting a woodworking business in our spare time) There is also another roommate living here who is one of our long time friends. We moved here one day before the big snow storm last year. We are all extremely respectful, down to earth people, and very easy going. We can either rent the room furnished, or not.
